Planning is the key to successful travel for all of us, whether we are travelling by road, bus, train or taxi. For people with disabilities there are additional challenges to travelling on public transport.

SCDS can support you to receive the entitlements that will support independent travel.
SCDS can provide face to face support until you master your travel route, looking for areas to encourage as well as a focus on your safety when using public transport.
SCDS will fade out support and can provide a shadowing service to ensure your safety is maintained once you achieve independence.
